Payment terms are outlined on each quotation or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest where permitted under Australian law.
We understand that plans sometimes change and will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests to modify event details, timings or entertainment. Depending on the nature of the request, additional fees may apply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable, as they secure the event date and reserve performers, equipment and scheduling specifically for your event.
Revolution Agency & Academy maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance for the services we provide. Any sound, lighting or electrical equipment supplied by Revolution is professionally tested and tagged in accordance with applicable Australian electrical safety requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue provides safe access, suitable operating conditions, adequate power supply and complies with any venue-specific safety requirements.
All branding, logos, photographs, videos, written content, graphics and other intellectual property displayed on this website remain the property of Revolution Agency & Academy unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to make the booking process as smooth and transparent as possible while ensuring the highest standard of service for every event.
A booking is secured once the required deposit has been received. Until then, availability cannot be guaranteed, as dates remain open to other enquiries.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your event date, performers, equipment and the planning required to deliver your event successfully.
Final payment is due according to the payment terms outlined on your quotation or invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in delays, suspension or cancellation of services.
We understand that event plans can evolve. Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate reasonable changes to schedules, entertainment or event requirements. Requests should be communicated as early as possible, as additional charges may apply if changes require extra planning, staffing, travel or equipment.
In the unlikely event that a performer becomes unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Revolution Agency & Academy reserves the right to provide a replacement performer of equal professional standard.
All equipment supplied by Revolution Agency & Academy is professionally maintained and tested and tagged in accordance with Australian safety standards. Clients are responsible for ensuring there is safe access for bump-in and bump-out, adequate power supply, suitable weather protection for outdoor events and an environment that allows our team to operate safely. Any damage to hired equipment resulting from negligence, misuse or the actions of guests may be charged to the client.
If delays occur outside our control and additional performance time is requested, extra charges may apply depending on performer availability.
For outdoor events, clients are responsible for arranging an appropriate wet weather alternative unless otherwise agreed.
If an event needs to be cancelled, cancellation terms will be applied according to the booking agreement. While deposits are generally non-refundable, we always aim to work collaboratively with our clients to find practical solutions whenever circumstances change.
